Dubrovnik Boat Club is committed to protect customers’ personal data in a way that it collects only the necessary, basic information about customers / users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our services.
Personal information (first name, last name, e-mail address, contact phone) will be collected only if you fill in the form for a rental request on our web site or send us an inquiry via e-mail. More personal information can be requested if you want to complete a rental contract.
Dubrovnik Boat Club uses Google Analytics cookies to get information in order to improve our web site. Cookies do not serve to detect personal information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Dubrovnik Boat Club is responsible for protecting the privacy of visitors to our sites and clients.
Dubrovnik Boat Club will never share or sell your personal information to third parties, unless it is necessary to provide the service. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless we have your consent.

Terms and conditions
By booking tours with Dubrovnik Boat Club through this website, you agree to have read, understood, and fully accept all terms of service listed below.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all dealings between Dubrovnik Boat Club and the Customer to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions whether they appear on the stationery or correspondence of the Customer or elsewhere unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dubrovnik Boat Club and apply specifically for online bookings.

Personal data used for the purposes of authorization and payment are deemed to be confidential data.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Payment: When booking an excursion, the whole amount should be paid despite the departure time. Reservations are fully refundable if cancellation is made no later than 48 hours before departure. All cancellations received less than 48 hours before scheduled boat excursion are not refundable. Refund will be made as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the day of cancelation.

In case of bad weather, the Customer will receive a full refund, or will be offered a booking with an alternative date and time.
Any unregulated issues will be governed by Croatian law.
SPECIAL NEEDS TRAVELERS:
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled participants; however, we are not responsible for any denial of services by other service providers like hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, minibuses, vans, and cars are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need assistance.
RESPONSIBILITY & TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Dubrovnik Boat Club skipper is always in charge as safety is paramount.
The Company is not liable for personal injury or damage of any nature, regardless of its cause, prior, during, or as a result of the trip, as each Client individually boards the boat at their own risk.
Customer(s) are covered by all-risk insurance while they are on the boat. However, they are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity on the tour.
We strongly recommend having travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the Customer(s) to ensure that they obtain adequate travel and medical insurance coverage
LOSS & DAMAGE:
Any loss or damage to equipment or property will be the responsibility of the Customer and all replacement and repair costs will be charged in full. Dubrovnik Boat Club does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to Customer(s) or their guests.
THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE:
Dubrovnik Boat Club is insured for the claims that occurred from liability for the death, injuries of the body or health or destruction of the belongings of the third person while the staff/owner of the boat is using the boat.
MINOR PARTICIPANTS
Tour participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
COMPLAINTS:
All complaints should be submitted to our email dubrovnikboatclub@gmail.com. The Customer will receive a written response within 7 working days.
